Where does the tour start and end?

We begin in front of Schneiders Bakery, 6 S State St, Westerville, OH 43081 and end a quarter mile south of our start point in front of the Westerville Public Library.

Where should I park?

Uptown parking is free and this map shows available lots in the area. Allow extra time for parking and walking to the start point.  You can also download the Westerville Parking app to see real-time availability of parking spaces.

Is alcohol permitted on the tour?

Westerville has strictly-observed guidelines for drinking in the uptown area. Our tour begins within the DORA boundaries but leaves soon after the tour begins. Guidelines for alcohol in the uptown area can be found here. Please plan accordingly.

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds in rare/extreme cases. If you have an emergency cancellation, reach out about re-scheduling your tour.

What about poor weather?

The tour runs rain or shine! We will only cancel in cases of dangerous weather such as lightening storms or pouring rain.

Can children attend the tour?

We love making the tour engaging for all ages and children are welcome! Keep in mind, the tour is just over an hour of listening and walking. Children above the age of five will need their own ticket.

Is the tour wheelchair/stroller accessible?

The tour route follows sidewalks and paved walkways. Please let us know ahead of time if you will have a wheelchair or stroller so that we can plan ahead.

Can I schedule a private tour for my group?

We love to work with businesses, school reunions, families and other groups to arrange tours that fit your schedule.  Reach us through e-mail to set a private tour for your group.
